REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your participation 3 months before the start of our 1st run of the event (10th august 2023), you are entitled to a full refund. We will ask someone on the waiting list to fill your spot who is then able to pay and enter the event.

If you cancel after this date, your fee will not be refunded under any condition. 

Once this period is over your spot will be cast to someone on the waiting list. They will be able to experience the LARP for a 'pay what you can' option and will fill in the open spots and roles we have left.
